George combines his results-oriented approach, his gift for making the complicated simple, and his personal experience in building a financially successful freedom-driven business to help others do the same. THE ART OF FREEDOMPRENEURSHIP
George coined the term “freedompreneur” to describe the special breed of entrepreneur he works with—those who are hungry for creating more freedom in their own and their clients’ lives. Like George, these clients seek to make meaningful, lasting contributions rather than simply being in the business of running a business. His clients also recognize that freedom- and prosperity-driven companies are built with structures and systems that liberate entrepreneurs from day-to-day operations so they can pursue what they’re most passionate about doing.
George is always looking for new ways to create more freedom in the world and in the lives of his clients. He is the founder of the Freedompreneur Training Center, the co-author of Create the Business Breakthrough You Want, and author of the forthcoming book, The Freedompreneur: Nine Simple Steps to Accelerating Your Business Toward Freedom, Contribution and Prosperity. He continues to build on his incredible track record of success – including guiding one coaching client to best his own record of creating a six-figure revenue stream in less than 75 days.
FREEDOM: THE PRACTICE OF PURSUING ONE’S PASSIONS
George developed his freedom-driven approach to business acceleration by following his passions and translating those experiences into practical ways to produce results in the world. One of his first passions was tennis, for which the thrill of the challenge and pursuit of mastery led to him compete at the national and collegiate levels in the US.
Then while still in high school, George saw dramatic “before and after” photos which showed how reconstructive surgery could help transform the lives of people with injuries and disabilities. Fascinated by reconstructing the body and touching people’s lives at the same time, he committed 15 years of his life to education and training to pursue his dream of becoming a plastic surgeon — first as an undergraduate at Brown University, then by earning his M.D. at Wayne State University School of Medicine and finally seven years of residencies in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery.
Unfortunately, George’s extensive medical training combined with zero hours of business education not only kept him from doing what he really wanted to do—be in the operating room—but also took him to the brink of financial ruin. Fortunately, his passion for learning led him to study the beliefs and practices of successful business people in order to turn his medical practice around. Then, after retiring from medicine at 40, George became the business guide and mentor that he wished he had when he was starting out.
BRINGING HUMAN ANATOMY TO BUSINESS SUCCESS
Today, with his combined experience in both medicine and business, George has learned to see the underlying structure of both humans and companies, and can anticipate how it leads to either function or malfunction. With the unique ability to identify and analyze the moving parts of businesses at a highly detailed level—much like he did when he worked under the operating microscope—George can quickly pinpoint what's clogging up the flow of productivity and resolve the situation with quick, incisive thinking.

IS CURIOSITY IS THE BEST POLICY?
On a personal note, George and his wife Denise are the proud parents of two rambunctious boys, Zachary and Jordan, who are both happily engaged in the Waldorf approach to education. In his spare time, George plays tennis competitively, loves to watch movies from the Spiritual Cinema Circle, and sings (he’s a trained vocalist). Although he was named after George Washington and believes that honesty is truly the best policy, he’s more like Curious George – the monkey. True to his name, George loves to learn new tricks and about the only thing he hasn’t learned yet is to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
