Conscious Leaderpreneurship
| (FREE) A New Program for Leaders At All Levels of Business and Organizations Conscious Leaderpreneurship: A New Era of Consciousness, Connection, Collaboration and Contribution" "Conscious Leaderpreneurship" is a phrase I've recently coined that embodies the conscious approach of building businesses based on "beingness."Beingness is reflected in your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. It is these beliefs, thoughts, and feelings that create your world and they directly influence every single aspect of your business, including leadership and management quality, team productivity, operational efficiency, marketing effectiveness, and the value of your products and services. I'll paraphrase Albert Einstein who once stated that "you can't solve a problem with the same mind that created it." Therefore, in today's economic times, it is imperative that we upgrade our beliefs, thoughts, and feelings that result in the decisions and choices we make; these choices and decisions determine the actions we take, that in turn, create our experiences of the world in and around us. As part of my contribution to the "Economic Stimulus Package for Entrepreneurs," I'll be hosting a program called "Conscious Leaderpreneurship." This free, on-going program will start next Thursday, March 19th at 12 noon Pacific and will run every Thursday. Every one of these calls will be different. Over time, I anticipate that we'll cover a broad range of topics related to building and running businesses based on "beingness." On any given day, we might talk about leadership from all levels or upgrading beliefs, mental blocks, and emotional conflicts. On other days, we might talk about prosperity-based marketing strategies, affluent business models, and the creation of products and services that elevate the well-being and welfare of others, including ourselves. If you're anything like me, you're highly action-oriented and results-driven; so, these conversations will NOT be theoretical, esoteric discussions (I can't stand that). Rather, these sessions will blend in action items. We've got lots to talk about... And, a lot of work to be done! These calls will last at least 30 minutes and, when appropriate, I'll extend the length of the call, especially when I bring in a guest speaker.
