Before we started working with George, we had a website, but there was no cohesive message, the site didn't look and feel like us, and there was no marketing support to go with it. I had ideas of "stuff" I wanted to put out there into the marketplace, but didn't have anyone on my team with the ability to make it happen at a level consistent with our reputation and the quality of service we provide.
George has been our "make it happen man." He took charge of all these ideas and drilled the good ones down to implementable steps. To start with, he helped us define and brand our approach to working with our clients in a way that is unique and distinguishes us from everyone else. This gave us the identity that we always knew was there, but didn't know how to convey.
With that in place, he then gave us a more cohesive website with cool "stuff" to go on it, in it, and to be used around it. He made our message more "out there:" it's more consistent, more clearly developed and more informative through words, colors, and formats that our best types of clients can identify with.
These days, I approach my work with the confidence that my ideas will either get specifically implemented (and often improved on) or purposely canned ( a 'no' from George is good too!).
