Speakers, Trainers, Authors, Coaches, Consultants, Health Care Professionals and Other Entrepreners:

If you had a turnkey system for using seminars and workshops to acclerate your business, would you use it?

Could this be your ticket to a greater level of freedom, contribution, prosperity and profitability?

If you feel comfortable speaking in front of groups of people and you enjoy it, speaking at live events is truly one of the fastest ways to accelerate your business. And even if your events are free, or low-ticket items, you CAN still generate significant revenue from these events.

And, this holds true whether your business is product-oriented or service-oriented.

Is this you?

photo of Dr. George HuangHi, I’m Dr. George Huang, the "business freedom acceleration and revenue ratchet doctor." Since 1999, I’ve coached hundreds of entrepreneurs and individuals to greater levels of success in their businesses and in their personal lives. After I retired as a board-certified plastic surgeon at the age of 40, I hung out my shingle as a professional business coach. Unwittingly, I became somewhat of a folk legend in business circles after I created a six-figure revenue stream in less than 90 days and then doubled it by the end of the year.

My secret? I jump-started my own coaching business through speaking events. The challenge I had was that I was new to the business world, having recently left my practice as a plastic surgeon, so I didn't have a network of business contact that I could tap into.

So, I was starting from scratch and I had to plan my own speaking event, promote it myself (with only two weeks of time before the event), and then put together all the day-of-event logistics.

Yet, within 73 days of my first speaking event, I created an annualized recurring six-figure revenue stream.

You know, I once spoke with a PR expert about my story and, frankly, she didn't believe that I had done this. Undaunted, I brazenly predicted that someone, with my guidance and documented systems for using live events to accelerate business growth, would best my record.

A few months later, I coached one of my clients, Bill Metcalf, to best my record (he did it in 70 days!). And, here's a clip from the webpage for a program I used to run, called the "Six Figure Success School", where I predicted this would happen:

And, you can also listen to Bill's story in his own words here: Bill Metcalf Success Story

Chances are, you have lots of experience with being a participant of various seminars and workshops. And some of the presenters have been good or even great. And, some have been average to downright lousy!

But from our seats as participants, it really looks pretty simple, though; doesn't it? You just get up there and start speaking, right?

NOT!

The problem is, to be successful as a speaker and a trainer, it really takes a lot more than meets the eye.

And whether you're new to speaking or a seasoned speaker, you've probably found that it's a ton of work to put your own events together.

And, it could be that you've simply given up on doing live events, because it's gotten too frustrating and exhausting.

Let's face it: There's a lot that goes on in the background, before the event, during the event, and even after a speaking event.

There are three distinct phases of a successful speaking or training event:

  1. Planning and Preparation
  2. Promotion
  3. Presentation and Production

These phases are all tied together
and are interdependent on one another for the entire event to be successful.

If you want to be highly successful as a speaker or trainer, it's critical for you to have an intimate understanding of what goes into each of these phases – even if you don't do it all by yourself.

If you're fortunate enough to be invited as a speaker and someone else is doing the promoting for you, it's still vitally important for you to understand each of these phases.

I have no personal vendetta's here, but the reality is that a lot of books and training on how to be successful as a speaker deal with high-level concepts and ideas.

The real challenge comes when you have to put these things into play in the real world, in real-time.

I should know: When I started out, I had already done two intensive "train the trainer" programs, gone through a 10-month long, intensive leadership training, and read lots of books on seminar marketing. But I still didn't know where to start and what options I ought to consider. There were so many decisions to make, so many logistics to consider…
One resource I found particularly helpful was Jenny Hamby's "How to Market Seminars and Workshops" program I highly recommend this, if you don't have it already.

Introducing the "Revenue Ratchet Using Workshops and Seminars" System:
Like any good plastic surgeion, I also needed more "nuts and bolts", practical approach to the logistical side of things. So, out of sheer necessity, I created my own system.

And, now I'd like to share it with you. You'll can benefit from the countless hours I've spent documenting and refining my systems for, yep, you guessed it:

  1. Planning and preparing for speaking events
  2. Promoting events so there are qualified "butts in seats"
  3. Presenting effectively and producing the event smoothly.

What Makes This Different?

In contrast to other resources you may find, this system is different because it takes you, step-by-step, through the details of what you need to accomplish in planning, promoting, and producing a successful event that attracts more and better clients and customers for you and your business.

But what makes it a system?
An important part of my work with my private clients involves turnkey systemization. What does "turnkey systemization" mean?

The term 'systemization' has been championed by Michael Gerber in his highly popular "E-Myth" series of books and programs. Others have written and spoken about systemizing. But few tell you how to do it.

In my book, it's not a system, unless:
